Rules and Regulations
Sorry, No Smoking, No Pets
- All overnight guests must sign and return a Guest Registration Form prior to arrival.
- Guests' behavior shall be in keeping with local, state and federal laws and generally accepted standards of moral and ethical conduct.
- Any minor or others incapable of giving consent because of an impairment must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and that person should complete the registration for his or her charge(s), and be responsible for compliance with the rules and regulations by the charge(s).
- It should be clear that any person on the premises without appropriate registration could be immediately removed from Forest Edge.
- Groups must provide their own supervision and program leaders. Groups consisting of children under 18 years of age must have adult supervision at a ratio of at least one (1) adult to each five children.
- Maximum occupancy six (6) people per unit.
- Pets, firearms, fireworks, narcotics, snowmobiles, and boats are not permitted on Forest Edge Property.
- Hunting, skiing, sledding and tobogganing on Forest Edge property is prohibited.
- Guests will be held responsible for any and all loss, defacing, breakage or destruction of Forest Edge equipment or property, which occurs during their stay. Cost of any damage will be deducted from the security deposit. If the damage exceeds the security deposit, guest(s) will be billed for the remaining costs.
- Use of all buildings, facilities and grounds shall be designated by Forest Edge or a Forest Edge representative.
- Forest Edge assumes no responsibility for loss, damage or theft of guests' personal property nor liability for personal injury suffered by guests while on Forest Edge property.
- Reservations canceled within (2) weeks prior to scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of security deposit.
- Reservations canceled within (1) week prior to scheduled arrival date will forfeit full rent and security deposit.
- Security deposit refund will be provided within 14 days of check out and inspection.
- No smoking or pets permitted.
The undersigned, desiring to use the facilities of Forest Edge, and having read and agreed to the Rules and Regulations of Forest Edge, do hereby further agree as follows:
- Forest Edge or its owners are not liable or responsible, directly or indirectly, for or with respect to any injury or damage suffered by me or any of my guests which results from accommodations or services provided by Forest Edge, including without limitation, injuries or damage relating to the consumption of alcoholic beverages by me or any such guests, except to the extent caused by Forest Edge and its owners gross negligence or intentional misconduct. If I accept and use the facilities and any accommodations arranged by Forest Edge and its owners, I am accepting such arrangements at my own risk; and
- On behalf of myself, my heirs, personal representatives and assigns, I hereby agree to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless Forest Edge, its employees, owners, officers, trustees, agents, representatives, their respective heirs, successors and assigns for any and all claims, actions, liabilities, and expenses (including costs of judgement, settlements, court costs, and attorney's fees) for losses, damages, or injuries which I may suffer caused, directly or indirectly, in part or in whole, by me or other participants, resulting from, or arising out of, my use of the facilities and services referred to above, regardless of whether such injuries or damage is covered by Forest Edge or the owners' insurance.
